Established in 1938, Chatham is a residential community  of 60 homes located in the heart of northern Baltimore City.  This friendly, welcoming neighborhood is bound by Melrose Avenue (north), North Charles Street (east), Northern Parkway (south), and Boxhill Lane (west), and is just minutes from Interstate 83 and the Baltimore Beltway. Chatham’s pedestrian-friendly, tree-lined streets and eclectic architectural styles provide a vibrant, accessible neighborhood for everyone.
